The face has reflex zones and acupressure points corresponding to each organ of the body. By through them, approaching your face while exploring the stiffness that is the source of the disorder.
When stimuli from the face are transmitted to the brain and through the nervous system, they work on the autonomic nervous system, hormonal balance, internal organs, muscles, and other organs throughout the body.
(This is the greater advantage that stimulation is transmitted to the brain more quickly than with reflexology such as the feet or hands because the face is located close to the brain.)
